We're Back!

Here is where I would attempt to play catch up but nothing seems to be blog-worthy... which is probably why we haven't posted anything since August! Anyway, I've decided that I need to be better about posting. Let's be honest, probably not everyday. No, definitely not everyday but more often than once every several months! That will be my April's Resolution. I can have one of those, right?

Speaking of April... Easter! We had a really fun and relaxing Easter. The Easter Bunny came to our house and gave us goodie baskets. Then Sunday morning I decided we needed a more festive meal. This is what I came with on very short notice:

EASTER EGG PANCAKES!!
