We didn't celebrate
Valentine's Day the way that most people would have. But when do we ever do things the "normal" way? We went to Monster Jam at Energy Solutions Arena with Shane and Garet and a bunch of people from their singles ward. We had so much fun, but learned that ear plugs would have been beneficial. Here are some pictures for your viewing pleasure.

The Mang boys... as awesome as ever

This guy was the first one (of two) to flip his truck. It was kind of funny because no one really cheered for him until he flipped over, then everyone loved him. Then they had to help him out of the truck and into his wheel chair because he's a paraplegic! I'm totally with him... if I couldn't walk, I would drive monster trucks. What other option do you have?
Ok, so this guy was our favorite. The driver was from Utah and it was his birthday, anniversary, and Valentine's day... plus he won all of the events and was the other guy who flipped his truck. But when he flipped it, it started smoking and didn't start back up. It smelled horrible! Anyway, some of the trucks just drove up and over the hill, but look how far this guy went! (The third picture is him landing the jump.)

Here are some pictures of the moto-x guys that were there.

How fun! Somehow I'm not really surprized by the monster trucks on Valentine's day. That's awesome.
I just love you guys.
I didn't know you guys had a blog till just now... Love you guys.
Just saw you guys have a blog! You guys are adorable! Hope you're both doing well! This is Devin's cousin Sara by the way. We met just once at my parents house. I think it was when I came out to visit in October last year. Anyways, "hi" and you can check out our blog at www.bshicks.blogspot.com
Glad your had so much fun, I was just talking to someone last week that did the same thing for Valentines Day, I never had heard of a couple doing that before for V-Day. But sometimes that makes it even more fun to do something out of the norm. Jason says Hi and was glad to see your picture and that youre doing so well.
